Federal Election Commission Required Notice:
Contributions to Shawn Bettis for President are not tax-deductible for federal income tax purposes. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer of each individual whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle.

Contribution Rules:
By donating, you confirm that:

1. You are a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (green card holder).

2. This contribution is made from your own funds and will not be reimbursed by another person or entity.

3. You are not a federal government contractor.

4. You are at least 18 years old.

​

Contribution Limits:
An individual may contribute a maximum of $3,300 for the primary election and $3,300 for the general election, for a total of $6,600. Married couples may contribute $13,200 ($6,600 each) per election cycle from joint funds.
